At Mythical Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee beans.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  For equipment, ensure items are in original packaging; for coffee, please keep the bag sealed to qualify for a full exchange or store credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our roastery receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your replacement beans within 3-5 business days.
